The sea stack at the Blue Lagoon near Abereiddy in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park shot using a long exposure to blur the movement of the incoming waves. It was a very difficult image to capture as it was shot into the prevailing light. I eventually opted to expose for the highlights in the image, when the strength of the sun was partially weakened by light cloud cover. The resulting RAW exposure was processed in Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5, where the shadow area's of the image were lightened to balance the overall exposure.
